Caryl has an extensive history of customer service, client relationship management, project management and service delivery having worked for over 20 years in Information Technology for both government and commercial organisations. Becoming a licensed sales rep in 2004 Caryl has worked with the company for over 4 years as assistant to Mike Graebner and a sales consultant for a number of our retirement village projects.

Caryl approaches her work in real estate with a focus on excellent client service and professional courtesy. Her motto is “ professional courtesy is paramount” – not just to her clients but to others working in the industry.

Johan started selling homes in 1987 after 16 successful years in retail. In 1988 he formed his own real estate company which he successfully managed as Principal until he emigrated to Australia in 1994. After a short spell in retail Johan again entered the profession that he loves and enjoys and in 2003 he joined Seniors Own Real Estate.

Johan has always respected the fact that the vendor’s house is probably his biggest investment. He has excelled as a skilled negotiator and sales representative who regularly receives praise from both vendors and buyers.

A licensed real estate agent and Triennial Certificate holder since the early 80’s, Des has been well known in the northern suburbs as Director of Ocean West Real Estate for 10 years prior to joining our team. His experience in the industry includes the sale of land in large sub-divisions, normal residential house and land sales, auctions and property management and more recently the sale of villas and apartments in Retirement Villages.

Des engrosses himself in helping people buy and sell their most important possession. It is his area of expertise and one he finds immense personal satisfaction in.
