Extensive work at Freemasons WA's longstanding Howard Solomon Aged Care facility at Ferndale has seen the facility branch out from aged care into independent living for active retirees.

The newly released first stage of Solomon's Rise, comprising 10 two and three-bedroom villas, or two-bedroom with study options, has just come on the market in three styles named after famous composers.
