Professional experience

• We regularly conduct market surveys and feasibility's on behalf of other private and “not for profit” organisations.
• Seniors Own Project Marketing is a member of Aged and Community Services WA and the Retirement Village Association. We regularly attend conferences and industry meetings to keep fully informed.
Mike Graebner was a Board Member of Meath Care (Inc.) from 1998 to 2008 and understands very well the issues effecting aged-care and retirement accommodation.

We are very familiar with the latest form of occupancy agreements such as “Lease for Life” and are very comfortable and successful in selling the benefits to prospective residents.

We are fully aware of the requirements of the Retirement Villages Act and other relevant Acts affecting land title and use.

Project experience

• Appointed Project Marketing Consultants and Selling Agents for ‘Meath Mews’ Retirement Village Trigg which was released to the market in April 1997 and pre-sold before the first resident moved in. We also act as the Selling Agent for the re-sales at Trigg, Kingsley and Como.
• Appointed by Anglican Homes for ‘Lady McCusker Village’  South Duncraig and completed August 2000. The villas were pre-sold off the plan. We are now the Selling Agent for the re-sales in the village.
• Undertook a market survey on behalf of Catholic Homes (Inc.) for their ‘Castledare Retirement Village’. Our study encompassed price recommendations, some marketing advice and a review of their documentation. 
• Appointed for ‘Moline Village’ by Anglican Homes. This Village was being redeveloped with new villas and renovated apartments. Many of the villas were pre-sold. We gained valuable insight into the marketing of apartments for this project.
• Appointed by Anglican Homes for the sale of 6 unique villas overlooking the Canning River at ‘Peter Arney Village’, Salter Point.
• Appointed to Meath Care Inc, Kingsley project, a 125 bed “ageing in place” facility with 48 independent homes. This village is now fully occupied and we act as Selling Agents for re-sales.
• Original marketing and sales consultants for the successful ‘Novacare Lifestyle Village’ at Busselton. This project involved the construction of between 200-270 homes over a 6-8 year period together with “state of the art” community facilities. 
• Appointed for ‘Forest Lakes Lifestyle Village’ at Thornlie.  118 villas are now sold, we are currently engaged as village sales managers for re-sales.
• Appointed by ‘Cameo Estates Lifestyle Villages’ for a project of 25 villas at Bassendean.  This was a smaller local village with a small clubhouse designed for the more budget conscious market.  
• Engaged as Consultants and selling agents to Retirees WA (Inc) and have sold several different projects at Balga, Warnbro, Wilson, Innaloo. 
• Appointed by RSL (WA) Retirement & Aged Care Assoc. for the sale of 27 new Villas at Coral Estate Village, Mandurah.
• Appointed selling agents by RSL for “Menora Gardens”, Dianella project comprising 37 villas and 56 apartments. The villas and apartments were substantially presold.
• Appointed member of project team, during the planning phase only for Mercy Care Wembley redevelopment. Includes 76 villas and 32 apartments. The village is now completed and was presold very successfully.
• Appointed by Churches of Christ Homes and Community Services (Inc), now The Bethanie Group, to their projects at “Bethanie Fields”, Eaton and “Bethanie Waters”, Rockingham, large greenfields projects each of approximately 150 houses. Working with “Seniors Own Accredited Agents”, these projects have been very successful. 
• Appointed to project manage the marketing and sales at 38 villas at “Silver Vines” Village, Margaret River.  Working with a local “Seniors Own Accredited Agent”. This project has now completed.
• Selected by Stirling Ethnic Aged Homes (Inc), Balcatta to advise them and market their proposed MYVISTA Village development of 43 villas commenced construction during 2007 in parallel with their new high care facility. This project has now completed. We now act as the village selling agent for re-sales.
• Appointed Marketing and Sales Consultants 2005 to 2009 for Baptist Care redevelopment project at Gracewood Village, now known as “Riverside Salter Point”. Commenced pre-selling First Stage of 81 apartments during 2007. 
• Appointed as marketing and selling agents by Retirees WA (Inc) for 23 villas at Peppermint Tree Villas in Busselton.  Working with local “Seniors Own Accredited Agents” with all units sold.
• Marketing Consultants to Catholic Homes and Uniting Church Homes.
• Appointed to market and sell 11 newly constructed villas at Moline Village, Karrinyup in 2008 for Amana Living.  All villas now sold, this project is now completed. We are currently engaged as selling Agents for resales in the village which consist of 30 villas and 69 apartments.
• Appointed in 2009 to project manage the marketing and sales of Alexandra village in Kensington for Ngala Family Services. Stage One completed and successfully sold. Pre-selling has commenced for Stage Two with deposits received on 9 of the 20 units as at April 2011.
• Engaged to project manage the marketing and sales of a new greenfields site at Treendale, Australind for Amana Living consisting of 114 houses and resort-style communal facilities.  Working with local Seniors Own Accredited sales agents. Stages One and Two now under construction with the first residents having moved in early 2011.
• Appointed 2009 to Howard Solomon Village for Masonic Care WA in Ferndale. Stage One fully sold and occupied. Stage Two planned for 2011 and Stage 3 for late 2012. 
• Engaged in 2009 for resales in the Corinthian Court Village Kingsley for Masonic Care WA. 
• Appointed as village sales managers for the new Joseph Banks Estate in Canning Vale for Retirees WA in 2010. Stage One homes now complete and selling successfully with Stage Two now under construction.
• Appointed as village sales managers for Trinity Village, Duncraig and Servite Villas, Joondanna for Catholic Homes. Fully occupied villages, resales only.
• Engaged to project manage the refurbishment of villas for re-sale at Meath Care Village in Como.
• Appointed as marketing consultants to Duncraig Christian Fellowship Duncraig. Established village of 12 villas. Resales only.
• Engaged by the Christadelphian Welfare Association in 2010 to take over the marketing of “Hermon Village” at Forrestfield. Comprises 16 units substantially sold and a further 7 to be built.
