A Seniors Own sales person will work closely with you to ensure as far as possible you remain confident with your decision to make the move to a Retirement village or over 55s accommodation.

We will do this by:

• Having an expert knowledge of the legal requirements.
• Meeting you and your family to provide you with the comprehensive information required.
• Appraising your existing property or having access to a suitably qualified agent.
• Assisting you with décor selection, electrical variations, any other matters including comparative measuring of room sizes and interpretation of plans, general advice, confidence building and reassurance.
• Assisting you, if needed, with obtaining advice and quotations on air-conditioning, security and other matters.
• Constantly communicating with you and keeping you informed of progress and anything you need to do.
• Co-ordinating settlement and possession, including the sale of  your existing property where necessary.
• Arranging for you to complete all necessary legal documentation.
• Arranging pre-settlement inspections with you.
• Handing over the new residence to you and providing you with a Village Information Kit.
• Attending to any other sales matters requiring attention.
